• The gift tickets can be used to pay at Apollo cinemas or on the Apollo cinema online shop!The gift ticket is not refundable, exchangeable or usable only partially.
• The validity of the Apollo gift ticket cannot be extended and the ticket cannot be exchanged for a gift ticket of the same or another value.
• If the cost of the purchase is higher than the value of the gift ticket, the difference should be paid for in cash or by card.
• If the cost of the purchase is lower than the value of the ticket, the remaining value is not reimbursed.
• Gift tickets are valid for both 3D and regular movies.
• If you are using the gift ticket to buy a ticket that is cheaper than the value of the gift ticket, the price difference will not be reimbursed. Gift tickets cannot be split into several parts to cover the cost of film tickets.
• If you wish to buy a ticket that is worth more than the gift ticket, you will need to cover the price difference.
• Gift tickets are not valid at special events.
